Construction of the Evaluation Model of Open Government Data Platform: From the Perspective of Citizens’ Sustainable Use

Under the background of big data, citizens can freely access and use open data to create value through government platform (OGDP). The sustainable OGDP meet needs citizens. created by also improve quality life, which is great significance development society. From citizens’ perspective, we constructed an evaluation model OGDP, including 12 indicators in four dimensions: Data, platform, outcome, citizen. We have built complete system with DANP (Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory-Based Analytic Network Process) method. It explores main influencing factors mutual influence OGDP. Empirical research done on provincial OGDPs China’s Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Fujian provinces.
